For those of you new to the client portal, here are some tips for you:

Logging in – to access the portal, go to portal.snipestax.com or click the “Portal Login” button on the top of the office website.

We do not have access to your password and cannot reset it for you. If you are having username or password trouble, click “Forgot username/password” at the login screen.

Remember – our technology options are not required for our services, so if you have trouble getting it to work, you can do things just as you always have! (Just don’t email tax documents or anything with confidential information in an unsecure method).
