Information you give us
We only collect personal information that you choose to share with us through this website:
- Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and your message. The form is delivered to our office by email through a service called Web3Forms.
- Newsletter sign-up. Your email address, which is stored by our email provider, Mailchimp, so we can send you our newsletter.
- Appointment booking. The details you enter when you book a call or appointment, such as your name, email address, and phone number. Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider, YouCanBookMe.
Please don't send Social Security numbers, tax documents, or account details through the contact form or by ordinary email. Those belong in our secure client portal.
Our secure client portal
Our client portal is provided by TaxDome. When you create an account, upload documents, or sign forms, that information is handled on TaxDome's secure, encrypted platform and is governed by our engagement with you and by TaxDome's own privacy and security policies, not by this website.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site running securely. This website doesn't set advertising cookies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To send the newsletter you signed up for
- To keep this website secure and working properly
What we never do
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers named above, who help us run this website and only use it for that purpose. As tax professionals, we are also bound by federal rules, including Internal Revenue Code section 7216, that strictly limit how tax return information can be used or disclosed.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us using the details below.
