Our client portal, powered by TaxDome, is the safest and simplest way to work with us. It keeps your documents encrypted, gives you one place to find everything we've sent you, and lets you sign and pay without a trip to the office. Here's how to get set up.
Activating your account
Open your invitation email
Look for an email from Snipes Tax & Business Advisors and select Activate Account. If it isn't in your inbox, check your spam or promotions folder.
Create your password and sign in
Choose a strong password you don't use anywhere else. Your home screen will show anything that needs your attention.
Explore the menu
Documents is where you upload files and download anything we've shared with you. Organizers holds any tax questionnaire we've sent. Invoices is where you view and pay your bill.
Use your phone as a scanner
The TaxDome Client Portal app for iPhone and Android includes a document scanner that turns photos of paper forms into clean PDFs. It's the fastest way to send us a W-2 or 1099 the day it arrives in the mail.
Why we ask you not to email documents
Ordinary email isn't encrypted from end to end, and tax documents carry exactly the information identity thieves look for. The portal protects your Social Security number, bank details, and income records every step of the way, so please use it for anything sensitive.
