Pre-Season (January 3–31)
We begin taking calls for appointments on January 13. W-2, 1099, and corporate return preparation begins early January. If you do not reach us, leave us a message and we will return your call within a business day. We will see clients in the office by appointment only during this period. No calls on Sunday, please.

Off Season (April 16–December 31)
We do not keep regular office hours but will see you in the office by appointment. Please call and leave a message if we do not answer. Phone calls are generally returned Tuesday–Thursday during the off season.

Appointment requests for tax preparation can be made beginning January 13. Appointments for other needs can be made anytime. Please contact us and we will make your appointment!

In-person appointments: Please call to schedule.

Drop-off: You may drop off your information during our business hours and we will call you when it is ready to pick up. If dropping off outside of normal hours, please call first.

Client Portal: You can upload your documents to our client portal and your return will be completed and uploaded back to you.

Our appointment slots are generally for an hour, but depending on the complexity of your return, it could take more or less time. If your return is unusually complicated we may ask you to leave it to be completed.

If you drop off your return or submit it online, we usually complete them within a few days and up to a week during our busiest times.

We offered refund advances in 2024, but none of our clients used the product. The fees and interest rates for refund advances are usually very high and not an advantage to our clients. For these reasons, we will no longer offer refund advance products.

Our fees depend on the complexity of your return; however, our fees are generally less than half of what you would pay other tax preparation firms. Our minimum tax preparation fee is $100. Full-time student dependents of clients can have their simple returns prepared from $50.
