Our client portal offers a secure means for clients to send and receive documents and information containing sensitive material as well as offering year-round access to your documents. Portal accounts also allow for contactless income tax preparation. Your return can be prepared, signed, filed, and paid without ever visiting our office!

New to the Client Portal?

Use the Client Portal without an account.

If you don’t have an account but need to send or receive secure documents, simply visit and click on GUEST EXCHANGE.

Note: Our office can answer your questions and provide support regarding the use of the portal itself, but we cannot offer technical support on how to scan and upload documents.

Set up a new Client Portal account.
If you do not have a portal account but would like one, follow these steps:
  1. Create a word document, PDF, or picture of your name, email address, and SSN
  2. Visit
  3. Click “Upload” on the right side under “Guest Exchange”
  4. Complete the form, attach your file, and click “Upload”

You will receive an activation email when we have created your account. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder!
