You may schedule an in-office preparation appointment, drop off your information and we will complete and call when it is ready for pickup, or use our client portal (see bottom of page).
Note: New clients requesting an in-office appointment will be asked to pay a $125 nonrefundable deposit. This is our minimum fee for service and will be applied to your final tax preparation fee. Clients who opt to drop off or use our portal are not required to pay a deposit.

Please note: As part of our standard engagement, we request new clients sign Form 8821 (Tax Information Authorization) to obtain IRS transcripts for verification and compliance purposes. Transcript access allows us to confirm filings, payments, and IRS records and to identify issues that may affect our work. Authorization does not imply review, monitoring, or responsibility for years outside the scope of services engaged. While we typically request authorization for a broad range of years to avoid delays if issues arise, limited-year authorizations may be accepted at our discretion for low-risk engagements. For advisory, notice support, or ongoing service plans, full transcript authorization is required.
